3. The bead needs to be cleaned - Before wearing the rudraksha, it should be soaked in Ganga Jal or rose water for a few hours.

4. Energize with mantra - Place the bead scepter in front of the idol of Lord Shiva and repeat one of the two lines. Om Hum Namah or Om Mahalaxmi Namah

5. For spiritual activation, repeat one of the mantras 108 times.

6. Optional energization by a priest - To enhance the spiritual effect, you can go to a temple and have the bead "charged" in your name.

7. Put on necklace and bracelet - The maximum effect is achieved when the Rudraksha is worn as a necklace or bracelet and comes into direct contact with the skin.

8. Use during meditation - To enhance your spirituality, improve concentration and cultivate calmness, hold the bead during meditation.
