Divine Coins Terms

Divine Coins are store credit you earn when you shop with Divine Hindu. One Divine Coin is worth ₹1 against a future order on this website.

Divine Coins are not cash. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another person, or exchanged for money.

How you earn them

You earn 25% of your order value in Divine Coins on orders paid online.

The 25% is calculated on your basket value before any discount is applied. If you use a discount code, you still earn on the full basket value, not on the reduced amount you pay.

Orders paid by cash on delivery do not earn Divine Coins.

You also receive 25 Divine Coins when you first sign in to your Divine Hindu account.

How long they last

Divine Coins expire 45 days after you earn them. Coins that expire are removed from your balance and cannot be restored.

You can see your balance and your next expiry date from the Divine Coins button on this website, after signing in.

How you spend them

You can redeem Divine Coins against a later order when all of the following apply.

  • Your cart is above ₹999, excluding shipping. A cart of exactly ₹999 does not qualify.
  • You redeem no more than 25% of that order's value. If you hold more coins than that, the rest stay in your balance for a future order.
  • You pay online. Cash on delivery is not available on an order where Divine Coins are redeemed.

Where they work

Divine Coins are earned and redeemed on the Divine Hindu website, including when you open the store from the Divine Hindu app.

The app's own screens do not currently show your Divine Coins balance, and coins cannot be redeemed from inside the app. To see or spend your balance, open the store from the Shop tab, which brings you to this website.

Other offers

Divine Coins can be earned on an order that also used a discount code, including the app-only discount.

Changes

We may change or end the Divine Coins programme, including the earn rate, the expiry period and the redemption rules. We will publish any change on this page. Coins you have already earned keep the expiry date they were given.
