Sankalp is taken in the patient's name and gotra, the Hanuman Chalisa and rog-nivaran mantras are recited with full vidhi, and sindoor-boondi offerings are made on an auspicious Tuesday or Saturday muhurat. Where Hanuman Ji stands guard, fear and weakness cannot stay.

How This Pooja Is Performed
The pooja is performed by experienced Vedic pandits following the full shastra vidhi — beginning with a sankalp taken in your name and gotra, followed by kalash sthapana, the main anushthan with mantra japa and havan/archana as prescribed, and a concluding aarti with prasad offering. It is conducted on an auspicious muhurat chosen for this remedy.
