In Hindu tradition, devotees have long turned to Hanuman Ji — who carried the Sanjeevani mountain itself for the life of one he loved — when praying for the wellbeing of those they care about. The Rog Mukti Hanuman Pooja is performed in that devotional tradition, on behalf of you or a loved one.
Sankalp is taken in the name and gotra you provide, the Hanuman Chalisa and traditional rog-nivaran mantras are recited with full vidhi, and sindoor-boondi offerings are made on an auspicious Tuesday or Saturday muhurat. Many devotees describe drawing reassurance and courage from the observance.

How This Pooja Is Performed
The pooja is performed by experienced Vedic pandits following the full shastra vidhi — beginning with a sankalp taken in your name and gotra, followed by kalash sthapana, the main anushthan with mantra japa and havan/archana as prescribed, and a concluding aarti with prasad offering. It is conducted on an auspicious muhurat chosen for this remedy.
