Shani Dev does not punish — he teaches. In tradition, his lessons through Sade Sati and Dhaiya are described as long and demanding. The Shani Kavach Path is a traditional protective recitation performed by our pandits in your name, invoking the kavach of Shani in the way the shastras prescribe for these periods.
Sankalp is taken with your name and gotra, the kavach and Shani mantras are recited with full vidhi, and til-oil offerings are made on an auspicious Saturday muhurat. Many devotees take it up as a discipline for the years of Sade Sati and Dhaiya. This is a devotional service performed according to Vedic custom, and no particular result is promised.

How This Pooja Is Performed
The pooja is performed by experienced Vedic pandits following the full shastra vidhi — beginning with a sankalp taken in your name and gotra, followed by kalash sthapana, the main anushthan with mantra japa and havan/archana as prescribed, and a concluding aarti with prasad offering. It is conducted on an auspicious muhurat chosen for this remedy.
