Meaning and tradition
Karungali (ebony) wood is traditionally worn for grounding, and many wearers use a Karungali mala during meditation and japa. OM and the Shiva Trishul are symbols of divine consciousness and inner strength. Monday is traditionally the day of Lord Shiva. These are traditional associations, not promised results.
How to wear and care
The 30 cm mala carries the gold plated OM Shiva Trishul pendant at the neck. The 22 cm bracelet is traditionally worn on the right wrist. Either piece also works well on its own if you prefer something lighter.
The plated pendant is the delicate part of the set. Keep it clear of water, perfume and sanitiser and wipe it with a soft dry cloth. The ebony beads need only to stay dry.
