Karungali Shiva Trishool with Base - Crafted from Natural Ebony Wood
This Karungali Shiva Trishool is crafted from natural Karungali (black ebony) wood and shaped as the Trishul, the trident of Lord Shiva. It stands on a base and is made to be placed in a puja space or on an altar.
Product details
- Material: natural Karungali (black ebony) wood.
- Design: Trishul with a weighted base.
- Certification: government certified ebony wood, with a certification that can be downloaded from the product page.
- Options: Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large and Pack of 3.
Meaning and tradition
In Hindu tradition, the Trishul is Lord Shiva's trident, a symbol of his power over creation, preservation and destruction. Devotees often chant Om Namah Shivaya, a Shiva mantra, while sitting before the altar. Karungali is the ebony wood used in South Indian spiritual traditions. No result is promised.
How to use and care
Stand the Trishul upright at the back or side of the altar. Its three prongs then rise above the deities rather than lean across them. The weighted base is built to hold it in place unaided. Ebony is dense and can split if it dries out or sits in damp. Keep it off sunlit windowsills and away from where you pour abhishek water.

Meaning, use and care
Choose this Karungali design for its appearance and its place in your devotional practice. Treat descriptions of spiritual protection as expressions of belief, rather than a guarantee about events in your life.
Choose a stable place where you can see and appreciate the design. Compare its dimensions with your shelf, altar or display space before placing it, and avoid positions where it can be knocked over.
Dust gently and keep the piece away from splashes, harsh cleaners and rough handling. Follow the description's instructions for wood, stone, metal, glass or any plated components.
Review the actual dimensions, material and finish rather than judging scale from photographs alone. Check what is supplied and how the piece is intended to stand or be displayed.

Read the individual product's material, size, bead count and origin details before ordering. Where a certificate is linked on the product page, open it and check which product it covers. Contact us before purchasing if you need help confirming a specification.
Are the products energised before shipping?
Yes. Our spiritual products are cleansed and energised following traditional Vedic rituals before they reach you, so they are ready to use on arrival.
Do you ship across India and internationally?
Delivery availability and charges depend on the destination. See our shipping policy and the options shown at checkout before placing your order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timing depends on the destination and selected service. See our shipping policy for details. Tracking is shared once your order ships.
What is your return and refund policy?
For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us promptly and review the eligibility, evidence and time limits in our refund policy. The applicable remedy depends on that policy.
How do I choose the right Rudraksha or gemstone for me?
You can shop by purpose (peace, protection, wealth, health) or by your rashi (zodiac). If you're unsure, our team can guide you via chat or the contact details on our site.
How do I care for and cleanse my mala or bracelet?
Follow the care details for the exact materials and finish on your product page. Keep beads away from perfume and harsh chemicals, and wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. Sunlight is not a universal care method; our Amethyst listings advise keeping the stone out of sustained or strong sunlight.
