This Karungali kada is a solid ebony bangle made from the dense, dark heartwood of the Black Ebony tree. It is specially designed for children and has no artificial dyes.

Meaning and tradition
In South Indian tradition, Karungali (ebony) is associated with Lord Murugan and with Mars. Ebony wood is also traditionally described as cooling and grounding. A kada is a solid bangle, and this one can be given as a gift to a child. These associations describe long-standing South Indian custom, not promised results.
How to wear and care
