When is Pitru Paksha in 2026?

Pitru Paksha 2026 runs from Saturday 26 September (Purnima Shraddha) to Saturday 10 October (Sarva Pitru Amavasya / Mahalaya), with Matamaha Shraddha on Sunday 11 October. In 2026 Panchami is a short tithi, so panchangs place Panchami Shraddha on either 30 September or 1 October — follow your family panchang. A lunar eclipse falls on 26 September, so that day's tarpan is timed after moksha-kaal by the pandits.

Can I get pind daan or shraddha done online?
